Job Description

Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a full time HR manager to become a part of its fast-growing team in Skopje. You will be joining a vibrant and enthusiastic team with a lot of energy and focus.
Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje. We work within iGaming, finance (consumer loans) and affiliate marketing - across all online marketing channels.
With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for.

As the company is growing rapidly, we need a HR Manager who will be in charge of the overall employees satisfaction in the company.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process with the heads of teams respectively
  • Make proper onboarding: provide new employees with the necessary equipment and access to G Suite
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Experience in creating employees flows and overall employees experience
  • Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
