We are currently looking for HR & Recruitment manager who will promote and increase our team

Overview / Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing HR functions by planning and implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative, results-oriented leader who is particularly adept at balancing multiple priorities and issues and being decisive. This role requires someone to be dedicated in developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong professional ethic, with passion to work in growing business and willing to contribute where necessary.

Job responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing HR procedures, work instructions, patterns in accordance with national law and quality standards of the company;
  • Organizational management and work place analysis;
  • Strategic staffing, recruitment, introduction and mentoring;
  • Performance management (HR Metrics and Measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)), goal setting and evaluation;
  • Talent management, general and special trainings, external and internal trainings;
  • Administration of employees, compliance with laws and communication with relevant authorities;

We require

  • Previous experience of minimum 3 years in Human resources management (preferably in the ICT sector);
  • Previous experience in IT Recruitment, and good knowledge of ICT labor market in Macedonia;
  • a university degree in Law, Economy, Human resources management or information technology and computations science, is desirable, but not mandatory;
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • Excellent working with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point and etc.);
  • Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills;
  • Stable and moral personality, with work & professional ethics and values, self - driven, initiative, decisive, persistent, comfortable working with deadlines and under pressure.
