SITE MANAGER
Job description and requirements:
Site Manager/Construction Manager/Project manager:
- Experience with industrial buildings (heat pumps, boilers, handling units, fan coil systems, ducting systems, grills, hangers, pipes, steel pipes, hip pipes, understanding gas systems, Aya exchangers, room pressure, standard local regulations for Heating/cooling/ventilation)
- VRV systems
- References of work and real projects/contributions made - proof from the previous employer if there's such
- Optimization of construction processes/parallel works without disturbance of other stages
- Control of all the stages - groundworks, foundations, steel/concrete structures, sandwich panels installation, electrical installations, HVAC (as described above), civil renovation knowledge (gypsum walls construction, flooring with isolation and concrete screed, painting/plastering works, windows and door installations, water/sewage systems, tiling, installation of sinks/toilets, etc.)
- Can be an HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical engineer or Architect
- Curious to learn new things
- Strong character and ability to push/persuade people to get the job done - great quality and on time
- Great respect for deadlines
- 5+ years of experience - a few industrial buildings at least supervised from beginning to the end
- Competitive salary if requirements are met
