Are you a resourceful and creative Talent Marketing Specialist ? We are looking for you.

Singular is an international IT company developing one of the most innovative software in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2009, Singular has grown from a start-up of 7 to an enterprise of 100 employees located in 4 offices around the world.

 

Responsibilities:

• Research the target audience and competition
• Manage all content marketing activities and marketing collateral for talent acquisition
• Run impactful social media campaigns to highlight great work of various teams and attract the right talent
• Design and run promotional campaigns across different SM channels
• Work closely with the design team to create engaging content
• Maintenance and improvement of the company’s career page
• Write blog posts in a creative way using storytelling techniques
• Ownership of the company’s newsletters targeted for internal team communication
• Assisting in the organisation of and participation in local company events within the IT community
• Leading initiatives for organizing events for further development of the IT community
• Communication with local print houses for the supply of different promotional materials

 

Qualifications:

• 2-3  years of work experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other business related field
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Hands-on experience with Social Media management, WordPress, and MailChimp
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Experience with using project management and marketing  tools 
• Good organization and time management skills
• Conceptual thinking and proactive attitude by providing ideas for improvement
• Experience in blogging and blog management is a plus
• Basic SEO knowledge is preferable
