What You’ll Be Doing?
As part of our evening support team, you’ll ensure our customers remain supported — even after hours. You'll handle technical issues, escalate when needed, and keep things running behind the scenes. Your focus: solve problems, report clearly, and make life easier for restaurants and hospitality teams.
Responsibilities
The more knowledge you have with VOIP, payment systems, networks (Unifi) the better. A detailed course is provided by us in the Netherlands and continued in Skopje.
- Manage and troubleshoot payment terminals (Verifone P400, V400M and Pax A77, A920, A80-A35, A35 ITS)
- Interpret and resolve common terminal errors and messages
- Maintain and troubleshoot network issues via Unify systems
- Read dashboards and identify issues with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
- Manage and forward business phone calls using the Onebase platform
- Support VoIP hardware such as Gigaset and Yealink devices
- Stay informed on our services and products to offer well-rounded support
- Document all cases thoroughly in our ticketing system (Freshdesk)
- Identify upsell opportunities and flag them for the daytime sales team
What We’re Looking For
- English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
- Strong communication skills: active listening, customer-friendly tone, clear summarizing
- Proactive problem solver — you don’t wait, you act
- Accurate writer: support must be documented clearly and professionally
- Team player with a calm and solution-focused attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
Onboarding
You will start with a two-week onboarding and training program in the Netherlands to fully understand our systems, standards, and team culture.

Bonus Points
- Experience with hospitality hardware or support environments
- Background in networking, telephony, or payment systems
- Familiarity with Unify, Onebase, or Freshdesk is a plus
