LIDL, the international German chain of grocery stores is expanding  in Macedonia. LIDL operates around 11,200 stores worldwide and are active in 32 countries, employing more than 310,000 people globally. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

  • HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Management tasks
    • Management of employees under the company, management and behavioral principles and promotion of purposeful, professional and personal development of employees;
    • Creating appropriate framework conditions (organizational, personal) to ensure the implementation of tasks and to achieve the goals on time, as well as in an economically profitable way;
    • Responsibility for operational matters related to personnel (for example, agreement with the man-ager on the need for personnel, recruitment, approval of labor contracts, disciplinary measures, order on the preparation of job descriptions/recommendations);
    • Provision of compliance to the internal rules and standards;
    • Identifying potentials through standardized tools and promoting potentials through individual development measures;
    • Ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and internal regulations (corporate principles, leader-ship model, processes and other internal regulations) in the management of employees (guarantee of HR-compliance and implementation of the CMS – HR program in everyday work/activity);
    • Building awareness among the employees regarding the importance of compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations;
    • Actual implementation of the CMS – HR program (implementation of measures to avoid and minimize the risks related to HR compliance);
    • Periodic control for compliance with applicable legislation and internal regulations in the field of obligation (control obligation);
    • Compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations.
  • Change management
    • Initiation of corporate changes with respect to the impact on the company’s result (measurability of the added value created by the personnel);
    • Active support of the specialized directions in the application of the leadership and behavioral principles in the country;
    • Assistance to the managers upon organizational changes (e.g. reorganization, restructuring);
    • Operational implementation of the CSR (corporate social responsibility) issue in the field of personnel through designation of a person in charge of CSR in their own portfolio and the associated delegation of CSR-activities (see the current profile of the requirements of the “CSR Team Formation” ARIS process).
  • Personnel marketing and recruitment
    • Conducting interviews within senior management recruiting framework;
    • Initiation/provision of measures for development and implementation of new tools for personnel marketing to build a sustainable image of the employer;
    • Company-wide responsibility for the effective management of the applicants.
  • Personnel development
    • Company-wide responsibility for the implementation of international and national concepts for education and training of employees in the country (e.g. training concepts, guidelines for induction);
    • Company-wide responsibility for a functioning training system (apprentices, students, trainees);
    • Ensuring the application of national and international development concepts;
    • Initiation of measures for professional and managerial development.
  • Personnel care
    • Ensuring the company health management in the country, for example through sustainable implementation of company health promotion;
    • Corporate responsibility for the management, consulting, and servicing of trustees in the country.
  • Personnel management and reporting
    • Corporate responsibility for functional personnel management and accountability (e.g. management, processing, maintenance of personnel data, working hours registration, processing of forms, salary slips, reports on hours worked);
    • Ensuring the coordination of specialized directions in the development of requirement profiles and job descriptions for all standard positions.
  • Labor law
    • Providing employment law tracking of all personnel measures in the company;
    • Corporate responsibility for compliance with all relevant, legal, and related personal data protection requirements in the country.
  • Indicator management
    • Corporate responsibility for the national management of indicators and international reporting;
    • Corporate responsibility for proper reporting in the country (e.g., preparing statements and certificates, reports on personnel, statistics)
  • HR compliance
    • Primary responsibility/function for the conceptual creation, processing, implementation and coordination of the CMS – HR program within the national organization;
    • Primary responsibility for the conceptual creation, processing, implementation and coordination of the tools to builds and raise consciousness in terms of HR-compliance within the national organization;
    • Primary responsibility/function for the construction and operation of the CMS – HR program taking into account the international regulations;
    • Primary responsibility for developing, processing, implementation and coordination of concepts for systematic risk analysis related to HR-compliance, as well as action plans to avoid/minimize the risks related to HR-compliance in cooperation with the functional directions;
    • Priority coordination and support of the functional directions in the implementation of the measures related to HR-compliance and their control;
    • Primary responsibility/function to monitor violations of HR-compliance, as well as control of the CMS – HR Program in terms of relevance and effectiveness and elaboration of necessary measures for improvement;
    • Fulfillment of reporting obligations in accordance with the management instructions and the international specialized directions.

QUALLIFICATIONS

  • University Degree (preferable education in Human Resources, Legal Science, Social Sciences);
  • Fluent English Language skill;
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, of which a minimum of 2 years at management level;
  • Driving license.
