This Factoring Sales position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts. The BDA ( business development associate) will focus on selling to new customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality, and will also have a deep understanding of the transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
• Source and develop new business opportunities
• Effectively present and explain financial products and their intended value to prospective clients
• Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business
• Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their factoring requirements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in factoring sales or other related sales positions is a must
• Knowledge of sales process and driving new sales revenue
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment
• Experience with high call volume (cold calling) is a must
• Previous knowledge in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Excellent English is a must, Bilingual skills are a plus
• Working hours: 15:00 to 23:00 (US working hours)
