Job role
As a member of the Nedcann team, the Laboratory Technician is primarily responsible for performing general laboratory duties related to the extraction and production of cannabis products. The candidate will work closely with the company’s pharmacist to ensure all regulations are met throughout the production process. Follow all of our SOP regarding sample testing, lab safety, and all other SOPs. The lab technician ensures consistency and efficiency of product through quality control testing and procedures, maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously.
Hard Skills:
- Bachelors’ degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity in a pharmaceutical company, best in QC;
- Knowledge of the main chromatographic techniques (e.g. HPLC);
- Experience in preparing and analysis of samples in analytical tests;
- Trained in collecting data, documenting analyses and producing reports;
- If possible, maintenance of lab instruments;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Analytical skills;
- Precision and accuracy;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to work in collaborative, flexible work environment.
