Job description

As a Datacom Engineer, You’ll have the following responsibilities:

1. Technical Support in the field of Datacom Network in all technical aspects
2. Project implementation, technical supervision and training of subcontracting companies or service partners.
3. Prepare, implement and test software upgrades of network elements
4. Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support services to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.
5. Track and solve all technical issues customer caring about , provide customer necessary technical support and suggestion, keep good cooperation with customer
6. Provide an emergency support for the network elements
7. Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops in the field of Datacom Network

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or relevant.
2. At least 3 years technical service experience in telecom field
3. Deeply understanding the Metro and Core network design
4. Very good knowledge of VLAN/IP/MPLS/VPN/BGP network theory and Routers & LAN switches operation.
5. Knowledge of Access network, Transmission network, Wireless network and Core network will be treated as an advantage
6. Good communication skills and learning capability, ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures in a fast-paced changing environment
7. Prefer to have CCNP/CCIE or similar certifications
8. Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills
9. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
10. Fluency in English
