Marketing and PR Specialist
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and PR Specialist to join our team at FD FINMAK headquarters offices in Skopje. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, managing the website and social media content, and ensuring the uniform representation of our company’s brands – Tigo.mk and Bongo across all branches. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Take part in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Social media community management for Tigo.mk and Bongo (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
2. Website Content Management
- Regularly update website content to ensure it is current, engaging, and reflective of our brands
- Collaborate with the other departments (Sales, IT, Customer Care etc.) to create/improve visually appealing web pages
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
3. Branch Coordination
- Ensure all company branches (Tigo.mk and Bongo) have up-to-date marketing materials
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to branches on time
- Maintain open communication with branch managers and supervisors to address their marketing needs and support their initiatives
4. Brand Representation
- Uphold and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing channels
- Conduct regular audits of branch marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
5. Content Creation
- Develop compelling content for various marketing and PR materials including flyers, blog posts, promotional emails, and social media posts
- Work closely with the external creative agencies to create visually appealing content
6. Market research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies
7. Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing local events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Ensure marketing materials are available and appropriately displayed at events
Qualifications and Experience:
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS)
- Understanding of SEO principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
