On behalf of our client ETMT ENERGY DOOEL Skopje, licensed company for trade and services in the field of energy, established in March 2021 in Skopje, Dekra is looking for:

 

SENIOR SALES MANAGER

 

     JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creates strategies and periodic plans related to sales management;
• Knows well the range of products in energy field, it covers and their specifications;
• Knows well the content of sales contracts with suppliers of the products it covers;
• Orders products to suppliers;
• Constantly informed about the products offered by the company and their quality, in order to offer the right product according to the needs of customers;
• Prepares action plans and schedules for the identification of new clients as well as plans the way of approaching new contacts;
• Develops a plan of daily / weekly / monthly (periodic) activities related to customer visits, phone calls, e-mails and other contacts;
• Introduces the company's products to potential customers;
• Analyzes customer needs and proposes appropriate solutions;
• Follows the submitted bids and maximizes the return ratio from these bids;
• Maintains relationships with existing customers;
• Organizes meetings and actively communicates with customers to identify needs and propose possible solutions through the company's products.

 

       PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor and MSc degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or similar fields;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions;
• Good knowledge of English and Albanian language
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent business and sales interaction skills.
