Role Summary:

This role is within the Finance department and will be responsible for assisting with the administration of Sales orders and project accounting as well as general support to the finance team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating as necessary customer contract records and information within the company’s CRM system
  • Ensuring we invoice customers on a timely basis
  • Validating new and renewal customer orders in the CRM system against contracts.
  • Invoicing – production of customer invoices; preparing batches; maintaining invoicing records and liaising with customer finance teams. Raising credit notes as required
  • Reporting orders processed against the weekly back orders report
  • SMS Financial System Management (worldwide)
  • Become the driving force for billings
  • Reporting against targets / highlighting variances.
  • End to end query resolution for all billing issues and supporting the credit controllers
  • Deliver of mini-projects / quick wins to improve the finance platform.
  • Responsible for preparing all the SOP balance sheet Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Resolving any errors that come up in the BS recs.
  • Assisting with cover for the set-up and maintaining of the Projects which include all Correct cost category and project template set up.

 

Experience/Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in Billing and Netsuite or Openair
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to troubleshoot and to problem solve
  • Strong numeracy, analytical skills and the ability to multi task
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail and good completion skills
  • Previous CRM or Contracts administration experience would be an advantage
  • Educated to degree level standard, or qualified by experience
  • Desire to join a strong, hardworking team and become a key member of the Finance department
