Frontend Developer – Angular

Job summary

We are looking for a Frontend developer to build, optimize and maintain front-end web apps. Your responsibilities will include implementation of the applications for either desktop or mobile devices with a focus on performance. With your deep understanding of Angular you will create modules and components with which you architect the application. You will team up with the back-end developers to connect to APIs using standard methods. You will work both individually and in teams. You will be required to give input on improvement as well as maintaining best practices in the field.

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring responsive design for all devices.
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.
• Understanding client’s requirements
• Attending and contributing to company development/group meetings

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+  years of working experience as Frontend Developer, experience with Angular 8  
• Understanding of key design principles.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Understanding of APIs work
• Creating/working with custom made libraries
• Angular material

• OOP
• Experience with VanillaJS functions
• Bootstrap 4
• Working with NPM packages
• Tomcat 8+
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time and collaborate with multiple teams
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
• Team player, able to communicate his/her ideas and receive criticism
