What we look for
We are looking for someone who's ready to take a new supportive role and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality learning experiences. This role involves coordinating with program managers and internal stakeholders to ensure trainers are well-prepared and equipped to deliver engaging, relevant content in both in-person and virtual formats. It is a key role by making sure that training sessions align with organizational objectives, meet learner needs, and contribute to the overall success of the learning programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken)
  • 1-3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities​​

Trainer Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between trainers, instructional designers, and program managers to schedule training sessions and manage trainer availability.
  • Brief on course materials, schedules, and logistical details.

Content and Material Management:

  • Coordinate the development, review, and organization of instructional materials, ensuring alignment with course objectives and quality standards.
  • Manage updates and revisions to existing materials based on trainer feedback, learner performance data, and changing learning goals.

Course Logistics and Scheduling:

  • Oversee the scheduling and organization of training sessions, including in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
  • Ensure all necessary resources (e.g., presentation materials, handouts, assessments) are available and ready prior to each session.

Quality Assurance and Evaluation:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainers and learners to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in refining content, training processes, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document and report on training activities, learner engagement, and trainer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of session attendance, materials, and evaluations for future reference.
