Job Description
Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a full time project manager to become a part of its fast-growing team in Skopje. You will be joining a vibrant and enthusiastic team with a lot of energy and focus.
Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje. We work within iGaming, finance (consumer loans) and affiliate marketing - across all online marketing channels.
With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for.
The project manager has to improve the customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline detailed project strategies, among other duties. As a project manager you should be responsible for the business management of a product and its commercial success.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Setting new and improving existing processes in order to improve the effectiveness of the teams at all times
- Setting ambitious goals and motivate teams for maximizing delivery
- Working closely with stakeholders
- Working closely with development teams
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines.
- Effectively communicate and manage from concept to execution.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in creating user flows and overall user experience
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and concisely present plans to stakeholders, customers and execution teams
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of audience.
- An understanding of software development an ability to work closely with Technology teams in scheduling functional and non-functional requirements
- Strong teamwork, coordination, planning and influencing skills
Would be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming or Gambling industry
- Experience in using Jira, Confluence
- Familiar with the concept of Postback tracking and marketing campaign management tools
Personal skills:
- Familiar with using technology to present, plan and coordinate meetings effectively
- Proven ability to push projects to completion
- Great collaborator, effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Relentless curiosity, persistently digs deep into information sources available to them to find the answers.
