Novatek Inv, is seeking to recruit:

Administrative Assistant

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communication with finance department for organizing financial documents.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails
  • Performing written communication with business partners including offers.

Candidate’s Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a group and under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.

Education and experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in administrative positions.
  • Bachelor in Business administration or similar field
  • Computer literate including Microsoft office.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English language – an advantage
