LIDL, the international German chain of grocery stores is expanding  in Macedonia. LIDL operates around 11,200 stores worldwide and are active in 32 countries, employing more than 310,000 people globally. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

  • GLOBAL MOBILITY PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organization and support of cross-border employee assignments within the Lidl Group (business trips, transfers, assignments);
  • Implementation of immigration regulations (z.B. application for residence / work permits, accompaniment / implementation of official registrations);
  • Obtain and provide all required information and communication with different stakeholders ( Global Mobility INT (international department), authorities, local agencies and employees;
  • Responsible for keeping track and relevant documentation for the active and upcoming assignments/transfers/business trips;
  • Planning and implementation of internal events for the inbounds and outbound assignees (welcome event/ onboarding, exchange of experience, etc.);
  • Active coordination  with  payroll, finance, tax departments in relation with GM activities,.;
  • Coordination of the reintegration of the outbound at the end of the foreign assignment;
  • Regular communication and coordination with external service providers (relocation service, tax consulting companies, health insurance companies and language school);
  • Function as the first contact person for the inbound and outbound for all matters during their stay abroad as well as for the contact person Global Mobility of other national companies;
  • Conducting preparatory discussions with departments that take up inbounds or with departments that want to have employees sent/transferred.

QUALIFICATION

  • University Degree;
  • 3+ years of professional experience;
  • English language – at least fluent;
  • Knowledge of German language will be advantage.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work on a team;
  • Results-oriented way of working.

*This position includes a training period of 3 months in Bulgaria
