Your Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role will be considered a plus
  • Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure, exhibit composure, and methodically prioritize tasks within a dynamic environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide them with a positive first impression of the company
  • Serve guests with beverages and accommodate them properly
  • Purchase, distribute, and sort office supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
  • Maintain order in the offices, ensuring tidiness, and identifying damages and deficiencies in certain items
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate with courier services as needed
  • Assist the marketing and administration departments (copying, scanning, helping with and organizing events, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers. Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with IT support as necessary
