Are you passionate about making a difference and providing top-notch customer service? Do you possess the skills to excel in a fast-paced environment? If so, APS, headquartered in the USA with a local office in Skopje, invites you to join us as an Appointment Setter (B2C).

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them on the benefits of water treatment systems, and scheduling appointments for our in-home sales team. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads by engaging customers over the phone and setting up appointments for a personalized consultation and demonstration of our water filtration products.

Working Hours, Monday - Friday from 16:00 - 00:00 (CET)

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided lead list.
  • Educate potential customers about the importance of water treatment systems for improving water quality in their homes.
  • Persuade customers to schedule an appointment for a free in-home consultation and product demonstration.
  • Overcome objections and address customer concerns to effectively close on setting appointments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the in-home sales team to ensure smooth transitions from phone contact to face-to-face appointments.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, and cold calling;
  • Excellent English proficiency;
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others;
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding goals;
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
