Requirements:

  • BS or in the last year of Psychology, Human Resources or another related field of study
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Energetic, self-starter, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  • Support the overall candidate experience for those currently in our interview pipeline
  • Assisting in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
  • Play a key part of our recruiting process, which includes high volume interview scheduling, preparing offer letters, and acting as a support system for the Recruiting team and other operational activities
  • Support recruitment activities using LinkedIn and other platforms to recruit for open positions
