повеќе за компанијата »On behalf of our client Viva Fresh, the largest retail network in Kosovo, currently expanding their business in North Macedonia, DEKRA is looking for:
JOB DESCRIPITION
- Plans, implements, and manages the marketing strategy;
- Set marketing goals and objectives;
- Defines the KPI for the marketing unit. Evaluates KPIs regularly and presents reports;
- Prepares projects for internal communication and price communication;
- Develops strategic communication plans. Develops digital marketing and social marketing;
- Builds and maintains the company’s brand reputation;
- Plans and organizes market research, on a monthly basis;
- Manage web strategy, including content and measure efficiency;
- Creates, organizes and manages events and sponsorships;
- Develops continuous and multidimensional promotions to keep informed and encourage target; customers about the work done by the company;
- Collaborates closely with operations teams;
- Maintains a controlled marketing budget;
- Applies the latest practices and technology in the field of Marketing;
- Designs, plans and executes effective marketing campaigns;
- Plans, organizes and manages prize games;
- Plans, organizes and manages the loyalty program;
- Creating strategies with the principle “Meeting customer needs / requirements”;
- Produces and presents reports regularly;
- Creates and presents the annual marketing plan and strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA is preferred);
- Proficient in written and spoken English language; knowledge of another language is an added advantage;
- 5 years’ experience in retail marketing;
- Full knowledge of marketing, brand, product and service management principles;
- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
