OneBSS project will introduce a future proof system with transparent and common business processes in place to increase operational efficiency and to be faster on the market for all future trends, new digital services, multi-party business models, customer centric and personalized Omni-channel products.
BSS entails business support systems such as: Billing, Customer CRM, Online, Product Catalogue and Order Management. The purpose of the project is to transform and standardize our business processes and simplify our architecture.
Your tasks include:
- You define common harmonized and localized requirements for the total scope of oneBSS stack.
- You develop common solution designs reusable for all OpCos.
- You define and approve requirements, change requests and solution proposals.
- You track requirements fulfilment and implementation of solutions.
- You take responsibility for close cooperation with local project teams, purchasing and oneBSS vendors.
- You optimize the requirement gathering, decision making and tracking process.
Our expectations:
- Proven track record in IT BSS Transformations
- IT Domain Knowledge within Billing, CRM, Online & EAI
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analytics and solution design
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to align business needs with technical solutions
- Fluent in English, ideally proficient in other OpCo languages
- Strategic Thinking
- Good communicator
- Willing to be located abroad for a period of time and also be willing to travel frequently

- Hands on attitude and strong delivery focus
- Self-driven and natural leader who is able to take responsibility and proactively carry on task as self-contributor within a pressured work environment
- Ability to abstract and generalize common requirements based on multiple various details and information
- Great communication and facilitation skills - used to build and maintain relationships to peers
