On behalf of our client Rhino Entertainment an iGaming company based in Malta, DEKRA is looking for:

  • Customer Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via Chat and Email;
  • Provide online technical customer support;
  • Carry out basic KYC/registration checks;
  • Efficiently reply to Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary;
  • Manual bonuses and/or free spins crediting;
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers;
  • Report and update the relevant instances regarding recurring customer issues.

QUALIFICATION

  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Previous experience from a customer-facing or customer service Role would be an advantage;
  • Experience from the iGaming industry will be considered an asset;
  • Applicants with written German language skills would be desirable.
