TRUCK DRIVER RECRUITER

Ivy Services is looking for an experienced Driver Recruiters to join our rapidly expanding team. We are seeking innovative remote driver recruiters who will recruit qualified truck drivers for various positions and clients in the US. The Account Leader, in Recruiting Services should be a strong communicator who uses a selling rather than telling approach when helping companies grow their fleets.

Responsibilities:

• Meets or exceeds assigned clients weekly and monthly hiring goals
• Sources candidates via various methods including using established databases, social media, and soliciting referrals
• Answers all inbound recruiting phone calls from drivers
• Screens, interviews and pre-qualifies drivers
• Maintains a high level of daily outbound calls
• Creates a pipeline of drivers through actively recruiting and building relationships with candidates for the future
• Responds to new leads and acts on new voicemails prior to leaving work each day
• Orders and Reviews reports as needed (MVR, PSP, CDLIS, VOE)
• Other job duties as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven success in driver recruiting
• 1+ years of experience with Tenstreet
• Ability to self-direct, be assertive, and convey an approachable demeanor
• Outstanding communication & follow up skills
• Excellent organizational ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Open-minded, Target driven and Incentive-oriented
