On behalf of our client SPARK UP Digital, a Marketing & Consulting Agency focused on iGaming industry and located in the heart of the city with cool vibe and generally friendly working place, DEKRA is looking for:

           VIP Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build and maintain relationship;
• Provide personalized service for Casino VIP Clients: Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requitements.
• Client retention and growth: Actively working to retain exiting VIP clients and identifying opportunities for account growth;
• Resolve issues: Act as a point of contract for clients and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively;
• Monitor client activity: Track client behavior, engagement, and usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal teams;
• Stay updated on industry trends;
• Meet targets and goals.

QUALIFICATION

• 1 years or more experience in same or similar role;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zendesk, Slack, Whats App;
• Extensive Customer Service experience;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Excellent telephone skills- able to handle high call volume 90 or more a day;
• Customer Focused;
• Ability to generate revenue on own initiative based on personal account relationship;
• Accuracy and Attention to detail;
• Rapport building skills;
• Team player.
