An excellent Marketing specialist within the CRM department must be sharp-minded, effective communicator, able to think creatively and innovatively and be familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in product marketing. As part of our organization, you will play a critical role in aligning your creative direction with the company’s strategic goals, will ensure base KPI targets are achieved by initiating insights based and value increasing activities. The Marketing specialist is also expected to identify and develop new, efficient and customer base related activities and lifecycle programs to increase revenue contribution as well as NPS. The consumer world is surely becoming more digital, and therefore the ideal individual will also possess knowledge in digital marketing.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle of one.Vip Residential segment (including complete marketing mix, analyzing trends and benchmarks, ordering marketing research, profitability checks and planning future developments)
- Preparing accurate business cases for development of new activities in close cooperation with other relevant departments
- Develop and execute CRM segment roadmaps by seeking and implementing improvement opportunities into the initiatives
- Fully implement digital activities when executing campaigns
- Support all go to market processes from CRM side to contribute into the segments’ strategy
- Multichannel/Omni channel campaign design and execution
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- University degree preferably in Economics/ Marketing or Electrical Engineering;
- Relevant experience preferable in telecom industry;
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills;
- Data driven and advanced excel skill
- Critical, creative and out of the box thinking;
- Fluent English, written and oral is mandatory;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships;
- Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential
