In Macedonia, the Slice team is in direct contact with their U.S. partners and customers on a daily basis. Their teams in Macedonia work hand-in-hand with their New York City office to coordinate support, marketing and information efforts.

For their office in Skopje, Dekra seeks driven individuals to fill in the role of:

• TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build strong talent pipelines through research, job boards, job fairs, networking, social media, and employee referrals;
• Ensure execution of Recruiting against the global workforce plan, and drive the execution globally in line with a thoughtful and evolving recruiting strategy;
• Create and implement  the Compensation Structure and Salary Bands for Slice MK;
• Balance both the need to be highly strategic in planning for meeting our recruiting needs, yet a strong operational recruiting organization leader;
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across Slice;
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates and metrics on their open positions;
• Engage in a timely and appropriate communication with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, generalists and other stakeholders;
• Handle the recruitment process for assigned requisitions from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive interaction throughout;
• Support employee engagement programming.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years HR or recruiting experience, in-house recruiting preferred;
• Knowledge of startup industry;
• Exposure to multiple recruiting tools and networks;
• Knowledge of compensation, general HR requirements;
• Experience sourcing candidates from multiple markets;
• Proactive, can-do attitude.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as with team members in different locations;
• Excellence in the following skill areas: problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and collaboration;
