Two different job opportunities are available in our company:

First job position: Financial and Accountant Manager

• Accounting on daily basis including making annual reports (certified accountant, obligatory);
• Control all financial transactions, bills and accounting in the company (obligatory);
• Analyze and give suggestions regarding cutting costs, making more profits, dealing with cash flow and similar.
• Creativity in Financial Management; 
• Experience in a production company with more than 10 employees for at least 1 year (Obligatory);
• Fluently speaking English and Macedonian (preferably Albanian as well);
• Willing to work individually and in a team and in accurate way;
• Experience in preparing documents and applications for grants and financial aids(Preferably);
• Driving License (obligatory).

There will be a trial month according to results of this month the salary will start from 500e and will get developed by adding value to the company. There will be bonus every three months, it will be given according to achieved targets.
Applicants should expect to work 8 working hours for 5-6 days per week according to the company need on two locations Sv. Nikole and Skopje (transportation will be available to Sv. Nikole from the office of the company).

Second job position: Agronomist 

• Certified diploma for Agronomist (plant direction);
• Experience in cultivating forage products or any farming activities (obligatory) 
• Ability to develop cooperation with farmers and leading skills; 
• Experience with redemption of agricultural products (3 years at least) 
• Creativity in planning agricultural plans projects; 
• Flexible for working overtime in season including weekends which will be given as free days in winter (obligatory); 
• Fluently English speaking (obligatory);
• Driving license (obligatory);
• Experience to drive agricultural vehicles (obligatory).

There will be a trial month according to results of this month the salary will start from 400-500e net (for the experienced candidate) and will get developed by adding value to the company. There will be yearly bonus given by achieved given targets.
Applicants should expect to work 8 working hours on two locations Sv. Nikole and/or Skopje 5-6 working days according to the company need (transportation will be available to Sv. Nikole from the office of the company).
