Transport Coordinator

Support and Solutions Center MK is a company who is working for large international clients, providing services in the domain of administration (related to logistics, technical administration), customer service, accountancy, IT, engineering, ...

Function:

  • Daily support of the Transport Management system, for all Transport companies in the group. This support is given by phone, email, ticket system and remote control
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, CSRs and warehouse managers
  • To escalate complex queries to the relevant team members or external support provider for resolution when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation
  • Prioritizing open issues
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and follow up to ensure full functionality after troubleshooting
  • Having a customer mindset and maintaining good relationships with your network.

Profile:

  • Outstanding communication skills and able to work autonomous
  • Hands-on, problem solver and relations skills
  • English is mandatory (other languages are plus)
  • Experience in logistics and/or Transport Support-environment is a plus
  • MS Office Applications and good computer skills
  • Experience in following IT concepts is a plus: SQL, XML/XSL/XSD
  • Willing to travel to Belgium to gain and/or give training
  • Willing to work in shifts (06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00 and 22.00-06.00)
