We are hiring an International Outsourcing Events Coordinator for our US clients.

The International Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Recruitment Outsource Specialist teams with all recruiting efforts on behalf of our US client for their global operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Regional Directors and Country Coordinators to anticipate coverage of event planning and attendance within each respective territory.
  • Guide and direct Event Coordinators to plan, organize, host, and/or participate in Events whether they be:
  • a. Regularly Scheduled: periodic/perpetual sessions (~weekly; or as needed), on-campus and/or in virtual format (i.e., live, or recorded webinar) that are supported by web site references, admission liaison communications and marketing tactics.
  • b. Targeted Sessions: in specific countries as needed, or requested by individual prospects or agencies, and through effective partnership-building activities.
  • Strong people skills can be key to making sure event management is executed efficiently and an event is planned and run as smoothly as possible.
  • Collaborate with the VP – International Recruitment and VP – Marketing to support the creation of effective marketing campaigns and collateral that augments both overall recruiting strategy and supports individual recruiting events aligning with each regions Directors or Country Coordinators vision.
  • Work with the VP – International Recruitment to develop annual recruitment budget for program(s), align activities to available resources, and monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of program-specific requirements.
  • Hire, Manage, Direct and hold accountable all staff that report up to the International Events Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of prior experience in the related area
  • Healthcare subject matter expert, of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
  • Positive, customer-focused, and results-driven attitude
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and candidates.
  • Time management and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to accept employment in the United States with any employer without visa sponsorship.
