We're seeking a dynamic Sales / Business Development Representative to spearhead the expansion of our Sales-as-a-Service business unit. This isn't your typical sales role – we're dedicated to teaching you the art of selling with authenticity and empathy. Quality conversations take precedence over quantity, as we prioritize meaningful engagement with our clients. Join us in redefining the sales experience, one genuine connection at a time.
What You’ll Do
- Conducting research on prospective companies using Sales Navigator, with a focus on identifying ideal customer profiles (ICP) for SaaS products.
- Analyzing high-value accounts in Salesforce to identify key personas and develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting through Outreach, including sending personalized emails, LinkedIn and SMS touches, and making cold calls.
- Setting up discovery calls for account executives.
- Providing direct oversight and guidance to a Market Research Associate, ensuring the availability of critical data and intelligence to enhance buyer engagement strategies.
- Actively participating in ongoing role training and professional development initiatives to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
