Project Sales Manager/Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop system integrator
Collect and analyze the target customer information of security system products industry in Albania and Kosovo market. Develop and execute business plan to develop the important system integrators of major competing brands and achieve sales target every quarter.
Complete all the important processes of the important project: Search for and confirm the important project opportunity, Choose the partners, make strategy to be finalist of important projects.
Reply the system integrators required technical support within 24 hours. And coordinate company's resources to provide technical solution plan to the projects/SIs.
Finish products selection work for important projects based on the company provided sales strategy, quarterly products plan and real market demands.
According to the quarterly training plan, make and implement monthly products training plan for system integrators. Provide training supports through Dahua workshop and daily training.
DESIRED PROFILE
Technical work background in the Video Surveillance, High-tech electronics, Communication, etc. filed over 7 years.
And we give preference to applicants with experience in the Video Surveillance field.
- Project development experience
Over 3 years of successfully project sales experiences. And is able to independently develop important projects in Albania and Kosovo market and participate in making management process system for important projects.
- System integrators development experience
Over 3 years of experience to successfully develop important dealers, especially system integrators, of famous international brands and with customer resources of system integrators in Albania and Kosovo market.
- Language and team work ability
Able to use both Albanian and English as office language and make public speech and presentation.
Have strong communication and work plan ability and respect teamwork culture. And able to discuss with young colleagues of difference nationalities to make monthly work plan.
Graduated from official universities7-12 years ago with bachelor degree
The major market for the position is Albania market but would spend 30% working time for the short-term business travel to Kosovo market.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Competitive.
