PROJECT RECRUITER
The position
The Project Recruiter will be primarily responsible for providing full cycle recruitment support to The Headhunter’s portfolio of active contracts. Desired candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in recruitment of white and blue collar workers.
Work tasks and responsibility
- Conduct and lead project-specific and proactive recruitment for personnel on all active vacancies. Identify potential candidates through databases, contacts/networks, Internet, social media and cold calls. Coordinate all project recruitment advertising.
- Responsibility for the entire selection of applicants, from reviewing the documents to the personal interview and sending to clients;
- Posting job advertisements and preparing recruitment campaigns
- Researching new recruiting channels and cooperation partners, as well as carrying out various tasks in personnel marketing
- Update the candidate database
- Receiving and processing requests from clients and preparing proposals accordingly
- Active communication with clients and candidates who are in the process of employment
- Following the legal regulations required for the operation of the company
- Conscientious documentation and reporting according to the requirements of the management, with whom you are in close contact at all times
The profile:
- Professional experience in the field of personnel recruitment and personnel marketing;
- Active sourcing of suitable candidate profiles and the selection of candidates
- University degree
- Excellent English spoken skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-minded, open personality with a strong service orientation
- Flexibility
- Sufficient Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player

- Strong and dynamic personality
