Position Overview for Accounting Manager: 

We are seeking a detail orientated, deadline-driven Accounting Manager with expert experience in high volume sales. The successful candidate must like challenges and have the ability to manage the day to day operational accounting functions of the business and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have proven experience as a strong Accounting Manager or Senior level Accountant. 

Responsibilities:

• Account analysis & ability to conduct variance analysis
• Prepare payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
• Prepare Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP, & Budgets with variations of actual to budget
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and provide supporting documentation for policy compliance
• Lead in the Closing Process and completion 
• Assisting in improving Internal controls related to inventory
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, assigned balance sheet accounts 
• Assist with EOY Financial and Bank Audit requests
• Proficient in recording and processing day-to-day AR and AP transactions
• Hands-on experience with cash application, check remittance, credit card remittance, PayPal wires and large volume transactions required 
• Research and resolve cash application, billing issues and customer chargebacks

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s’ Degree in Accounting and Finance, Masters preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience working for the USA market is a MUST.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Prior experience in QuickBooks desktop/online 
• Experience in revenue share preferred 
• Consumer sales tax understanding within various states is a plus 
• Quick learner with a high drive for results
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker and problem solver
• Able to work from 3 pm till 11 pm Mon – Fri.
