On behalf of our client, international company with more than 700 employees and annual revenue of 130 million EUR, we are offering challenging position for:

AREA SALES MANAGER

(Macedonia and Albania – Skopje)

 Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales activities of the products in the area;
  • Understanding the business requirements of potential clients;
  • Representing variety of products to key clients (B2B acquisition, up and cross sell);
  • Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights;
  • Generating business opportunities and establishing long-term customer base;
  • Preparation of sales and development plans;
  • Responsible for monitoring of payments and collection of receivable;
  • Timely and accurate reporting to Sales Director.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales preferably;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Previous experience in assistance business (roadside assistance, home assistance, etc.), banking, insurance, leasing or telecom sectors will be a plus;
  • Sales knowledge: provocation-based sale, negotiation skills, customer orientation, acquisition experience;
  • Strong ability to take initiative and act proactively;
  • Analytical person with strong strategical thinking;
  • Fluency in English and Albanian is essential;
  • Knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian language is a plus;
  • Active driver;
  • PC literacy.
