On behalf of  heloo, Croatia- based BPO company focused on providing advanced outsourcing customer care solutions, DEKRA Is looking for:

  • Customer Care Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer care support;
  • Answer to customer needs via phone, e-mail, or social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • C1 level of German or Dutch language;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
