Main priorities in organizing the team as follows:
● Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
● Monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings. He increases the team efficiency, motivates the team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness.
● Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
● Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization.
● Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
● Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
● Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
● Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
● Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
● Monitor schedule and cost performance
● Identify key KPIs
● Prepare and present reports on the progress and success
● Bachelor degree in Project Management or related field
Considered a plus :
- Scrum master certification
- Background in the IT industry
