Our Client, Toyota Auto Centre, is a part of Inchcape, a leading global premium automotive group, operating in 26 emerging and developed markets with a portfolio of the world’s leading car brands in the fast-growing luxury and premium segments. For their needs on the Macedonian market, they are announcing an open position for:

 

AFTER SALES BUSINESS MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the activities of the AFS department to ensure achievement of budget goals
  • Reviews and continuously improves processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement of customer experience
  • Ensures that the department members collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Administration, Finance, etc. to provide the best customer service
  • Proactively creates, develops and implements marketing campaigns
  • Monitors the timely execution of Special Service Campaigns
  • Proposes bonus schemes for incentive payments for the employees in the department, evaluating and assessing individual performance and achieved commercial results.
  • Approves gestures of goodwill and discounts to customers according to the company policy.
  • Directly responsible for the order and cleanliness in the workshop
  • Knows all the warranty conditions, monitors all repairs covered by warranties and ensures that all manufacturer requirements are met
  • Requests and monitors the warranty weekly report
  • Collaborates with Spare parts and Warranty Supervisor to ensure and maintain adequate storage of parts required for warranty repairs and campaigns

 

Requirements:

  • Technical background, minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Solid experience in the AFS area
  • Proven experience in managing people
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package
  • English language skills
  • Driving license, category B
  • Ability to work in an international setting; experience in a multinational company will be an advantage
  • Strong commercial skills, communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus with ability to effectively interact with sales staff and current customers
  • A high level of personal and professional integrity and responsibility
  • Action oriented with a proven ability to achieve results
  • Team-player approach to working with individuals and groups
