Location: Skopje (onsite)

Foster internal collaboration: You ensure the timely generation of reports and updates for management. You are a valuable member of our operations team and you work closely with our program managers across different locations to address risks, implement mitigation strategies, and evaluate the success of project SLAs.



Are you a fit for this role? 

• You are fluent in German and English. 
• You have over 2 years of experience in a customer service center, including managing projects.
• You can easily adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• You are persuasive and enthusiastic in motivating employees.
