VERV Group LLC is a property and hospitality agency located in London, UK. We specialize in property management of multiple assets on behalf of high-net worth clients and independent landlords. Customer Support Adviser. 
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering telephone calls providing customer support
• Responding to emails 
• Using multiple software
• Our ideal candidate:
• Has excellent written and spoken English
• Has relevant experience in the industry 
• Is tech savvy and willing to learn and adapt
• Is approachable, communicative and quick-witted 
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
