Our job is to handle everything from typical rent collections, to converting standard properties to high-spec excellence and deliver a high rental field as a result. Customer Support Adviser. 
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephone calls providing customer support
  • Responding to emails 
  • Using multiple software
  • Our ideal candidate:
  • Has excellent written and spoken English
  • Has relevant experience in the industry 
  • Is tech savvy and willing to learn and adapt
  • Is approachable, communicative and quick-witted 
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
