We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Manager with drive and ambition. You will be driving our recruitment and strategic partnerships operations in Macedonia. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Country Manager. Here, you’ll play a key role in setting up our local operations and beyond.
Candidate Profile and Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in recruiting in Macedonia.
- A successful track record of career progression in recruitment.
- Significant recruitment experience and knowledge of Macedonian talent market.
- Experience in client/business development or in managing the delivery of recruitment and HR services.
- Experienced in leading and developing high performing recruitment teams.
- Experience in using market knowledge, data, and insights to develop recruitment strategies.
- Down to earth character. Share ideas and contribute thoughtfully. Take initiative. Get things done on time and expect the same from your colleagues.
