AREA MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Market research and analysis of the market trends for the regional markets of Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo and soon Bulgaria;
- Selection of distributors and establishing sales models on the regional markets;
- Development of the current and finding new business opportunities in the region;
- Selection, recruiting, assigning, coaching and counseling of the employees in the region;
- Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan for the region;
- Implementation and tracking of the sales objectives;
- Developing and managing sales/marketing budgets;
- Building and maintaining report with key customers and key opinion leaders and identifying new customer opportunities;
- Preparing monthly and periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Work experience in pharmaceutical companies (preferably from the field of pediatrics and maternity wards);
- 10 years of work experience in sales and marketing;
- Min. 2 - 3 years in marketing;
- Min. 2 - 3 in Leadership Leadership (Team Leadership);
- Can be male or female (possibly accomplished as a mother);
- From 32 to max. 45 years;
- Active driver, B category;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- MS office.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Competitive.
