About us:

Swiss Marketing is a Swiss company operating in credit brokerage. We are currently building our online marketing department from the ground up and are looking for a genuine expert who wants direct, measurable impact on the company's growth and understands the full journey from click to signed loan.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including lookalike audiences and retargeting
• Creating and managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max)
• Navigating special ad category requirements for financial products on Meta/Google
• Setting up and managing tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversion API)
• Optimizing campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Improving landing pages with a conversion focus (A/B testing)
• Managing the CRM: tracking leads from click to signed loan
• Email marketing and mailings to the existing customer portfolio (newsletters, refinancing campaigns, reactivation of old leads)
• Exploring additional retention channels (WhatsApp Business, SMS)
• Developing ideas for organic growth (SEO, content)

Your profile:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (certification is a plus)
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking — able to read the numbers and draw conclusions, not just report them
• Comfortable working closely with (and constructively challenging) the sales team
• Creativity for ads that actually convert, not just ads that look good
