JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the organization's business activities and coordinate operations;
- Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs;
- Allocating budget resources, managing operational costs and monitoring financial activities;
- Formulating policies and improving administration processes;
- Hiring employees, support staff development, monitoring and motivating staff;
- Ensuring good customer service and engaging with vendors;
- Enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue'
- Enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- IT experience preferred, at least 10+ years’ work experience;
- MBA preferred, but not required;
- Proficient in written and spoken English language;
- Good knowledge of different business functions, including finance;
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

- Excellent communication skills;
- Highly organized and strong work ethic;
