IT specialist
We are hiring a IT Specialist that will enhance, optimise and contribute towards successful realization of the hardware setup in the company.
The right candidate for this position is proactive, detailed and results-oriented, in order to build a successful company, while having a positive attitude in providing exceptional services to our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provides daily support and problem solution for hardware and software issues (provides technical support for hardware and software problems on a daily basis for all workstations and equipment, both in headquarters and branches, on-site or remotely;
- Implement and monitor implementation of IT policies (user management protocols, password management etc)
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure;
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, and system management tools;
- Process and resolve problems reported by employees and customers;
- Preparing a working environment for employees (computer, printer, software, etc.);
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
- Help desk operator;
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate data results and related conclusions effectively to staff from multiple departments.
- Self-initiative team player being able to dig in deep into analysis
- Knowledge in relation to Azure and O365 will be considered an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Driving licence B category
