For our Client, we are looking for:
Senior Software Implementation Specialist
What your key responsibilities will be:
- Communicate with customers their priorities for tasks and projects in the upcoming periods;
- Identify requirements by discussing with clients and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements;
- Promote best solution on base of the knowledge of the existing software and with the support of the core developers;
- Provide advisory services on the usage and parameterization of the software;
- Manage projects of the software update and implementation of the new modules;
- Confirm program operation by conducting tests;
- Writing and maintaining user manual and technical documentation;
- Provide training to the end users;
- Can assist in the installation of Quipu software solutions on sites of the customers;
- Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets;
- Plan a system flow from the ground up;
- Interact with software developers to understand software limitations;
- Help developers during system development, eg. provide use cases, flowcharts, etc;
- Document requirements or contribute to user manuals;
- Participate in the acceptance testing of the developed solution;
- Support users in testing;
- Provide demos and trainings to the users;
- Provide assistance in parameterization of the systems;
Skills and experience we expect from you:
- Degree in computer science or electrical and electronic engineering or automation
- Profound knowledge of MS SQL server, Transact SQL
- Knowledge of banking and accounting
- Knowledge, experience and expertise in the full spectrum of Project Management
- Experience to work in and with international teams
- Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
- Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Service Quality
