IT Business Analyst

We are hiring a IT Business Analyst that will enhance, optimise and contribute towards successful realization of the software development in the company.

The right candidate for this position is proactive, detailed and results-oriented, in order to build a successful company, while having a positive attitude in providing exceptional services to our customers.



  • Takes full ownership of the processes for IT software department
  • Responsible for development of new products and services, as well as upgrading the existing ones
  • Prepares annual project management plan and follows through
  • Flexibility for ad hoc development needs
  • Responsible for workflow of the software in the company


Outcomes to succeed in this role:

  • You act as IT software support process owner on the business side locally, managing all incoming business tasks, change requests and bug reports to ensure high quality backlog items for the Development team.
    • Single point of contact for activities from product definition & planning to production and release
    • Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
    • Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements
  • well acquainted with company’s software and development process, all involved IT teams as well as fully understand the Internal IT system functionalities.
  • You entail active participation/leadership in IT development teams meetings representing Business side and ensuring information that is required for IT team from Business stakeholders or vice versa is noted and followed up in agreed deadlines.
  • Create Project Management plan, cost benefit analysis
  • Strong knowledge of prioritization of projects and creation of procedures for new products
  • Testing and retesting before production and after release of new features
  • Performance review of operational activities vs submitted requests and reflection on BI tools


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate data results and related conclusions effectively to staff from multiple departments.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum practices, or other product development methodologies/frameworks
  • Self-initiative team player being able to dig in deep into analysis
  • Excellent technical skills - SQL, Excel.
  • Knowledge in relation to Business intelligence tool will be considered an advantage
  • Consumer lending/banking industry experience will be considered as advantage
  • Education in Project management, computer/data science and other STEM fields will be considered as an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible for international travel for orientation and training purposes
  • Fluent in English
