Key Account Manager

We are looking for curious, perseverant and purpose driven candidate for the position of a Key Account Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager you will have the responsibility of active promotion of OTC products in pharmacies, understanding the different aspects that influence revenue and develop strategies in designated territory to penetrate and maximize revenues within a territory of N. Macedonia.

Major accountabilities:

  • Up to date with global guidelines treatment doctrines, prescribing habits and trends
  • Up to date with local regulations and legislation regarding medical products and promotion of them to the professionals
  • Up to date in medical indication area, Sandoz brands and competitive products
  • Proactive development of territory activities to meet product’s objectives and customer needs
  • Monitoring of plan execution, market development and competitive activities through collecting and analysing market data and initiating effective marketing and sales activities
  • Achieve sales, MS, distribution targets on its territory
  • Delivery of sales targets on it’s territory
  • Accurate management of A&P budget allocated for the territory
  • Establishing contacts, selecting and cooperating with external agencies in order to prepare territory events, etc.
  • Field work: regular contacts with customers, pharmacies, HCPs and KOL’s; proactive approach in proposing entrance in new therapeutic segments; fully operating on key account management level of sales
  • Participation at congresses, symposia, workshops, etc. and effective organisation of similar events
  • Communicate effectively within the organization, respect colleagues and hierarchy in everyday work

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Medicine / Pharmacy
  • 3-5 years field sales experience                                                      
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Country language
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Local resident
