Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Defines strategy and targets of assembly area, incl. KPIs.
• Responsible for OEE, PPH and other productivity KPIs in department
• Manages the production department, administration employees, shift leaders, team leaders and operators
• Manages and coordinates departmental activities, while ensuring the HSE conditions compliance and QCMD (quality, costs, motivation, delivery)
• Manages the processes based on certification requirements and continuous improvement
• Leads main investing and improvement projects in assembly area; plans and evaluates its contribution. Prepares investment requests (CAPEX)
• Participates on budget preparation and follow-up of department costs
• Reports to management and prepares analyses on daily, weekly and monthly bases
• Optimizes production equipment and its allocation to improve performance and space utilization, material flow and work effectiveness
• Cooperates with technical department and industrial engineering while defining the standards for equipment and its improvements
• Prepares headcount plan and ensures the development of the team, consulting, mentoring in cooperation with HR department

 

Key Qualifications / Requirements

• Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership position
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production environment
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamplayer
• Readiness for traveling
• Additional experience in Logistics is conisidered as an advantage
