ESI (Employment Services International) on behalf our client, company whose primary operations are providing outsourcing services to its international clients, is looking for a:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Full time employee to become a part of its fast-growing team in Skopje. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in the field of Human Resources in international companies including, but not limited to helping for the best candidates to be chosen, onboarding, participating in the development of the employee compensation scheme, developing action plans to increase employee satisfaction and productivity, human resources analysis, exit interviews, team restructuring and conflict resolution. As the “face” of the company culture, the ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skill and enthusiasm for nurturing employee performance and a pleasant work environment.

Objectives of this Role

  • Maintain, develop, and implement employee processes and procedures
  • Create human resources plan of activities and budget
  • In communication with the other department managers forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Assist in the development of the performance management system and setting employee’s KPI’s while creating compensation scheme
  • Update the recruitment pipeline
  • Participate in the creation of the human resources strategy
  • Assist in the shaping of the organizational culture
  • Create Action plan for increased employee satisfaction
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of employee data and change workflows across all internal and associated external systems encompassing candidate management, new hire onboarding and organizational change management
  • Coordinate all new hire orientation activities/logistics related to the scheduling and preparation of new hire materials, overseeing checklists for all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Support staff with HR-related issues including compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct and any problem resolution

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • 3+ years on a management position in an international company in the field of Human Resources or Recruitment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills and ethical mindset
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of the labor law

The working hours for this job position are 15:00-23:00, from Monday to Friday.
